Dalian is located in the south of Liaoning province in Northeast China, with a total area of 12.574 square kilometers, and a population of 6.5 million.
Since the 1990s Dalian City has emphasized the development of the IT industry, especially in Dalian High-Tech Zone and Dalian Software Park. Dalian has recently become an important center in the world for IT Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
The Dalian branch company was established in April, 2006, as the first subsidiary of NTT Communications China Co., Ltd., to provide total solutions on security and network to Japan-based businesses as well as MNCs. Our CSC (Customer Service Center) is also located in Dalian to provide customer maintenance and support.
In October 2007, we established a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) business, by which MNC enterprises can outsource some of their service and operation to NTT Com China to reduce operation cost and concentrate on their core business.
